Perhaps another option would be help them do the banner. But many advertisers may not want that.

I would say try Google Adsense, they are pretty good and have no complains so far. I don't need to worry about porn sites being shown bc Google controls all that for me. Also the integration with Adwords is just amazing.

haha, its been up for almost a year. But i closed it down for a long time... maybe about 5 to 6 months and then made a new one in May... that is TeenSideOut.

Dont think so. If they want to get a bigger audience, they need overseas advertisers as well. US market may be big, but the rest of the world is even bigger.
