They replied pretty fast, and the owner was the one replying.
But then that was to sales, so I guess it's not accurate assasment of their support.

Maybe I will give them a try, they do have 60 days money back.

Owner replied ? Then is a new bussines. You  have luck with that because it will try to satisfy all customers, but on other place can be pain in the ass because is possible to don't have enough experience or to be overloaded by work Smiley

It's been operating for 5 years already and to good reviews. The features are quite plentiful. 2 IPs for the cheapest plan.
I was kind of surrpised to receive the email from Aussie Bob, the owner.

In my point of view, this company don't have data center, they partnership with other or they simply reseller hosting company. it means they resell the hosting product of other company. This make them have resources limitation. therefore, they do not offer unlimited database, ftp, email account and many more.   Of course to make them better than the parent company, they should provide better service.

They have their own servers based in CCLA. They are not a reseller.

Dotable leases cabinet space inside Carrier Central LA (CCLA), through Corporate Colocation.
You are right, they are not a reseller, but they don't have their own data center. Dotable partnership with CCLA. so Dotable should pay some dollar to CCLA. am I right?

Hmm....even site5 doesn't own their own datacenter.
And I believe that most database doesn't do webhosting directly. They lent their space to webhosts.
