read from wht that siteground is chargin for support tickets! I think they give you a few tickets free, but after that they charge you.
probably the only host that charges it's customers money for support.  And the prices of these tickets is not cheap.

If you are considering changing hosts you should take a loot at http://www.resellerzoom.com and their reseller packages !
I do have hosting there and it is great ... support is fabulous and tickets are answered in an hour. If you take above base package they even have live support !!!

If you want my affiliate link just say so hehe ... but not to be to obvious I linked normal link up in the post so you don't say I want to make money. I really like them and almost all sites I have on them .... except first two which I registered in my country because I didn't even know that reseller hosts exist hehe Cheesy .... with their base package you can host 50 domains Shocked

resellerzoom looks really good. I will add them to my list of considerations for when my site out-paces my current hosting solution.

Would you not recommend them?

Well, now I can recommend you site5.
But no promises on the quality in a few mths though.
When I first went wit site5, their performance was good, but it went downhill a few mths back. Now, it's getting better.

Well personally I like a host that has good reliability long term.
I am also willing to pay for it.
