Updating sitemap

How often are you updating the sitemap for you site ?

I dont even have a sitemap!

I'm using vbseo, so i let it update itself every 30 minutes. I think its too much though. But since i have a very small community not much bandwidth is used, its ok.

Yep, its done through cron. But in vbulletin, we have this option called Scheduled tasks, so its done through that.

I wonder, how often do you guys update your sitemap for your forum ?
Because unlike other websites, a forum gets more information change, link change and so on than a normal website.

I set it to ever half hour. I know its a bit too much, but what the hell

Your webhost never complained about the resources it would use ? Especially for every half hour, it could take up quite a load.

You can setup for 2 times per day and is enough
