Overlooked it the first time aswell.
Was expecting to see them in the downloads area, but thre is only 1 block there I believe.

portal addon for smf.
allows you to add a front page and other blocks. If you check out webmasterstalks.com , you would see that they have a frontpage, that's tinyportal.

think of it as a cms for smf.
