I just started a new forum a couple of days ago.
http://darksat.x47.net
Looking for new members.
Great place to chill out and talk about IT security, website design, Graphics and photography, SEO and online promotions, or anything else you want to chat about.
Will also do post exchanges with other forum owners.

I think the first step to help you get new members is to get a new skin. People hate default skins.

Looks okay, but what you really need is real hosting. Don't go with a free subdomain. If you get big, you'll regret the free hosting move.

Does your forum have RSS feeds?
If so, perhaps you can try disabling them.
