I have my ads displayed after the first post on every thread.  I use vB for my site though.  The colors of my ads match my site. (green and blue)

We have the same setup ads under first post.  Need to modify and do some tweaking on the blending of the site better.  We are also looking into a different template to better match our new sites layout though.

If is blended to much than google will warn you about this

Depends on your site content.

Agreed, it also depends on how your site is layed out! I just hate going to a new website only be bombarded by a crap load of ads.
