SMFHacks has built a SMF Theme Generator

This generator will generate the style.css information needed to make a custom theme.
Features:
Pictures that show the location of the major css items.
Color selector tool to allow easy changing of colors.
Many css items to customize.

Did it myself. Not good, but at least it was my effort.

I don't think will work with any theme ! probably with default theme will work ...

But if you are lazy designer like me and don't want it to look like the default theme, this will help a lot. :-)

Is true .... anyway It cannot work on any theme ... But is other program what is working on ANY theme ... it's named Dreamwaver
