Thanks that is a very good tool. Unfortunately it just confirms what I already knew is that Google only gave pr to my main page in it's first update. Hopefully the next one brings pr much deeper.

It will I believe, during the first update for my site, there was very little internal PR.
Now, a lot of my internal pages have the same PR as my mainpage. Not sure whther it is because of my backlinks or because of PR flow from the mainpage.

Internal page rank comes from a combination of deeplinks from other sites and internal links. That is why it is very important to both create deeplinks to all of your pages and to create numerous internal links to each page.

Well, I think a lot of them categories don't have much backlinks.

I have seen a directory with a frontpage of PR4 while it's main categories have PR5! Probably done a lot of good deeplinking there.

Must've! Actually a bit weird to think an internal page can exceed a main page, but naturally it can. If an internal page is more prominent than a main page then it should rightfully be so.

Try getting to the frontpage of Digg with your internal page.
