Ahh.....done both my previous batches. One came up okay (that's the one with the Cooper's beer kit) but the other was too watery and weak (that's the one with extract brewing). Now I am going to do another batch with Morgan's Blue Mountain Lager Beer kit. Heard that it is very good and is their best seller.

Morgan's Blue Mountain Lager Beer Kit Has Arrived

Will be doing this weekend.

Check out my brew day for the Morgan's Blue Mountain Lager.

I hope that it will turn out okay. Pitched at a too high temperature and it really ferment very fast. Worried that there will be off flavours due to this.

Just finished bottling the Blue Mountain Lager and had a little sample of the beer. It tasted okay but it seems to have little bitterness. Not too sure whether it is due to the yeast or the kit. Anyways, will wait for a few more weeks and then taste it carbonated and aged.
