This is a little wine making experiment I have done a few days back. It is to make Afpelwein which is some sort of hard cider (Apple Wine).

Tried testing the Apfelwein and was quite impressed. Of course the "appley" is not profound but overall it still taste very delicious and extremely refreshing. Good for a nice enjoyable drink after a hard days work, especially in Singapore where the weather is very warm.
