I tryed blogging for a while, I was in a network where we had to make 1 post per day to each of our blogs, I gave up though. It was too much work to try and update 2 blogs everyday, well really I just wasn't interested in what I was blogging about and that made it seem like a chore.

I don't blog personally, but i read a few good ones regularly.  I don't like blogs that are simply diaries though.

Not as often as I used to.  I've been spending a lot of time developing forums.  I focused on blog early this year, but I've been focusing on forum development since around April for variety of reasons.

I think that forums would soon lose out to blogs. Looking at the trends recently, blogs are gaining popularity and a lot of media attention and a lot of surfers are beginning to avoid forums.

Hopefully, this wont be the case, but..........

1. Main stream media are always one step (or many steps) behind.

2. I don't think that blog is overrated, but blogs that are truly worth reading aren't that many.

3. Difference between blog and forum is huge.  It cannot be compared easily.
