Going for reservist again

I will be away for 2 weeks starting 1st October.

Are you forced to go?

The British get sent to iraq for more than 2 weeks, you have to get shot to come home.

It's in camp training but not overseas.
Luckily for me, this time was just a simple lecture and stuff.

Seems like a lot of effort, its hard to imagine an entire population having to go through that.

well, the less privileges ones have to serve. the elites and the rich normally will find some sort of excuse to escape this "national service".
